By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

2. License & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your music.
You are allowed to:
Use the sounds in personal and commercial music projects
Distribute music containing the sounds on platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and others
You are NOT allowed to:
Resell, share, sublicense, or distribute the sounds as standalone files
Upload the sounds to any file-sharing platform or marketplace
Include the sounds in another sample pack or competing product
Violation of these terms may result in revoked access and legal action.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product’s sales page.
Certain products may include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If a guarantee is offered, it will be clearly stated on the specific product page at the time of purchase.Refund requests for eligible products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].
If no guarantee is stated on the product page, the purchase is considered non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive downloading, misuse of the product, or repeated refund requests.
4. Product Delivery & Access
All products are delivered digitally.
Access is provided immediately after purchase or via email.
You are responsible for saving and backing up your files.
Lifetime Access:
You will have ongoing access to your purchased product. If you lose your files, you may request a new download link by contacting [email protected], and we will make reasonable efforts to provide access.

All content, including sounds, branding, and materials, remains the property of Soundev.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
6. Compatibility Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with your software, DAW, and system.
7. Limitation of Liability
Soundev is not responsible for:
Software compatibility issues
Loss of files after download
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the product
8. Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
Deny future purchases or access to users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks
Refuse service to users who abuse refund policies or misuse the product
9. Taxes
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
